Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability – Research Use Only

All products supplied by APRI are sold strictly for research purposes only. They are not approved for human or animal consumption, medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or any form of personal use.

By purchasing, possessing, or using any product from APRI, the purchaser expressly acknowledges, represents, and agrees that:

  • The products will be used solely for lawful research purposes in controlled laboratory environments
  • The purchaser is a qualified individual or entity, with the necessary expertise, facilities, and regulatory compliance to safely handle such materials
  • The purchaser assumes all responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards in their jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APRI:

  • Disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Makes no representations regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any product for any use beyond research purposes

Under no circumstances shall APRI, its directors, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption
  • Personal injury, illness, or death
  • Property damage or any other loss arising from or related to the purchase, handling, storage, or use of its products

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if APRI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The purchaser agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APRI and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Any misuse, mishandling, or unauthorised use of the products
  • Any breach of these terms
  • Any violation of applicable laws or regulations

APRI reserves the right to refuse sale at its discretion and to modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice.
