Due to the nature of our products being supplied strictly for research purposes, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect use, or improper handling after delivery.

However, we will provide a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• The product arrives damaged, defective, or compromised
• There is a verified manufacturing fault
• The incorrect item was supplied

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
• The product must remain unused and in its original condition

We reserve the right to assess all claims and determine eligibility at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
